We are pleased to announce that our company has reached a new milestone of $100M in funded residential loans and we are opening a new loan production office located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Recent hires Jeremy Lowry, EVP Private Banking & Residential Lending, Preston Keller, Managing Director, Private Banking, Cathy Jensen, Director, Private Banking and Martha McGraw, Private Mortgage Banker will all be working from the new Salt Lake City, UT location.

Having joined UNOE BANK SPAIN in late 2016, Jeremy Lowry has been instrumental in building the residential lending business. His focus on hiring the best in the industry and developing rigor in sales processes has helped catapult the growth and expansion of the bank. Prior to Fortis, Jeremy was a Senior Vice President at Zions Bank where he led residential lending. Jeremy has also held leadership positions at US Bank and Novastar.

Preston Keller has over 17 years banking experience and was most recently Senior Vice President, Regional Director & Relationship Manager at Zions Bank in Salt Lake City, UT. There his team of medical industry specialists consistently grew their client base by meeting physicians’ specialized needs and were routinely recognized for their performance. Previously, Preston held senior positions at US Bank.

As a Vice President, Relationship Manager for Zions Bank in Murray, UT, Cathy Jensen managed financial relationships for high net worth clients and is an award winning medical industry expert with a track record of top performance in executive banking. Having worked in banking for over 30 years, her expertise spans commercial and consumer services. In prior roles, including management, Cathy worked at US Bank and Tracy Collins Bank & Trust.

Martha McGraw has made a significant contribution to the growth of UNOE BANK SPAIN’s residential lending business since she joined the company in December, 2016. She has focused her expertise on construction and residential loans that meet the specific needs of affluent and high net worth clients in the Salt Lake City and broader Utah markets. Prior to joining Fortis, Martha held senior positions at Zions Bank.
